Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 7c77c platform, accessible at 7c77c.io and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the same service. References to "7c77c", "we", "us" and "our" throughout these Terms refer to the platform operator. References to "you", "your" and "the player" refer to the registered user of the 7c77c platform.

Where 7c77c determines, at any point, that a player does not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in this section, it reserves the right to close the account immediately, void any pending or recent wagers, and withhold or return any funds in the account in accordance with its anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account on the 7c77c platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 7c77c will close the duplicate account(s), void associated wagers and may permanently suspend all accounts held by that individual.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred payment method. Withdrawals

• Your account balance is sufficient to cover the withdrawal request.

Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.

Bonuses & Promotions

All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, validity periods, eligible games and maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active.

General bonus rules applicable across all 7c77c promotions:

Game Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

Where a breach is identified, 7c77c may take any combination of the following actions without prior notice: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of pending or recent wagers, forfeiture of bonus balances, withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities where required by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

7c77c reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity misrepresentation.
• Court order, regulatory instruction or requirement from a law enforcement authority.
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion under 7c77c's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account notification procedures.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds in the account will be reviewed.
